Founded in 2021, IFF Jr. LA focuses on raising funds and awareness for pediatric brain tumors from the perspective of a survivor and the people around them. Giving back is one of the biggest focuses for our team.

Co-Founders & Presidents Charley Meller and Ella Nickerson, alongside Co-Vice Presidents Jessie Meller & Kayla Nickerson, Treasurer Rebecca Nickerson and newcomer Amelia Hann as Secretary, the IFF Jr LA team has already proven themselves as strong and passionate young leaders.

Every year, IFF Jr. LA hosts a bake sale in Santa Monica where they bake over 1,000 cookies and treats! Made from scratch and packaged like a professional bakery, the crowd goes wild for their creations. Family, friends, strangers, and special guests stop by to donate, grab a treat and give a hug! People from around the country and world donate on that special day to be a part of the magic.

Thanks to the success of their annual bake sale, IFF Jr. LA has been able to be a sponsor of the Ian’s Friends Foundation gala in Atlanta for 3 years in a row! They are hoping to make that happen again this March at their 4th annual bake sale!

Keeping with the mission of giving back, IFF Jr. LA hosts annual blood drives benefiting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Last year they collected 25 units of blood. 25 units has the potential to help 50 kids. Since its inception, the team has helped collect 76 units!
