Belt For A Cure
Like the bold and colorful support bracelets sold today, we have created a custom Alligator belt that will be worn by PGA tour professionals with hopes that we will be able to sell identical belts to the public to raise both awareness and dollars to support pediatric brain tumor research projects currently in New York and around the country. We have teamed up with a local custom belt manufacturer who produces belts for some of the better golfers on the PGA tour, House of Fleming. While tour golfers receive free hats, shirts, clubs, etc… from their sponsors, the only accessory they often purchase for themselves are belts.
With this in mind, IFF (Ian’s Friends Foundation), the House of Fleming, and Bettinardi Golf had the idea to create a foundation belt to be worn by PGA Tour professionals at a major golf tournament that will be both identifiable and stylish. This belt will be custom made to each order and be made of Alligator skins tanned in Paris. The buckle, like the belt, will be customized displaying the foundation’s initials on the front and then the foundation name and tournament inscribed on the back.
We are hopeful that the public will be as excited as we are about this project and will choose to embrace and support it. The belt is $1,000 and you will receive a $650 tax deduction. We truly believe that the purchaser will receive a Bespoke Alligator belt at a great price while supporting an extremely worthwhile cause.
